Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and NOMADC ("NOMADC", "we", "us"), the provider of the NOMADC travel planning platform available at nomadctravel.com. You can contact us at info@nomadctravel.com.

2. Accepting the Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or posting content on NOMADC, you agree to these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. What NOMADC provides

NOMADC is a subscription-based travel planning platform: AI-assisted itinerary generation, an itinerary builder, a live on-trip companion, a collaboration workspace, and a travelers social network. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform within the plan you have selected. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AI-generated itineraries, timings, prices, and travel information may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on, including bookings, visas, health requirements, and local laws.

4. Plans, pricing and payment

Planning features are free. Paid options are the Live Trip Pass (a one-time purchase for a single trip) and NOMADC Pro (a monthly subscription). Current prices are published on our pricing page. NOMADC Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Appropriate Content Only

NOMADC is a community of travelers sharing experiences, itineraries, and stories. All content you post — including trip posts, comments, photos, captions, and messages — must be appropriate for a general audience.

You may not post content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any individual or group
• Explicitly sexual, violent, or gratuitously graphic
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading
• Spam, scams, or unsolicited promotional material
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy
• Illegal or encouraging illegal activity

7. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not use NOMADC for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, infringement of anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with our security — including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the service, or circumventing technical or plan limits. You are responsible for the prompts you submit to our AI features, for how you use the outputs, and for holding the rights to any content you input. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and we will act on valid rights-holder complaints sent to info@nomadctravel.com, including terminating repeat infringers.

8. Respectful Community Behavior

Treat fellow travelers with respect. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, trolling, or targeted harassment will not be tolerated. We celebrate diverse perspectives, cultures, and travel styles.

9. Your Content & Our Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on NOMADC, you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You represent that you have the right to share anything you post.

NOMADC retains all ownership of the platform and its intellectual property, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Violations of the community guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. You may close your account at any time; when access ends we delete or anonymise your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NOMADC after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
