We want NOMADC to earn its place in your travels. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for either a NOMADC Pro subscription or a Live Trip Pass. No explanation required.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at info@nomadctravel.com and we will help you through it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel NOMADC Pro at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Live Trip Passes are single purchases and do not renew.

Payment terms
